My breast are always heavy and hurting ! No matter what I do pump/breastfeed they don't go down or feel better it's getting annoying...what can help

Well that's a good thing. Pump and store the excess if u can.

Try wrapping them in a warm rag or towel while feeding or pumping. You might not be expressing all of your milk... Or you could just have an ample supply, which is a good thing
