Just checking in with you ladies. I gave birth to my baby boy today at 4:57pm. He's 6lbs 15oz 20inches. My contractions started at 1:30 this morning and became 10 mins apart. I called the dr and she said I was in early labor and to call back once they were 5 mins apart. The went from 10 to 6-7 then 5 mins apart. At about 8:20 this morning is when they became 5 mins apart. I called the dr and he said to take 2 Tylenol, drink a big glass of water, and take a warm bath because it could be false labor (I was only dilated half a centimeter at last weeks appt). So I drank the water which made me vomit then took the warm bath. I sat in the bath for an hour and my water broke. I wasn't aware it broke because of the way the baby was positioned so I didn't have the constant leaking. I called the doctor because the contractions didn't subside. He said go ahead and go to the hospital. I got there, was admitted and ended up being 7cm dilated. I was given2 doses of fentanyl (it made me high as a kite lol) to help with the pain of the contractions. They became closer and closer and I started feeling the urge to push. My pain then went from my stomach to back. I attempted a natural birth but let me tell u, back labor is no joke. To me it's worse. So I punked out and ended up gettin an epidural. I was afraid it wouldn't start working until late because I got it once I was already fully dilated. If I didn't get the epidural I would have delivered before 4:57 but because I did it slowed down my labor. I was numb from the stomach down. I still felt the contractions but only at the top of my stomach and it wasn't painful at all. So I used that feeling to let me know when to push. I can't remember how many times I pushed but I did it. And out came my baby boy lol! What an experience! I didn't cry. I didn't scream. I got through it. So can u ☺️👌🏾👍🏾

Yes ive been walking everyday, i was dilated 1cm at my appt last week so hopefully there will be more progression at my appt Thursday (:
I started walking about a month ago. Park trails, shopping malls, around our apt complex, and on the treadmill. Maybe try that? @marie_xo

Contractions are 9 minutes apart and painful... On way to hospital my dr already called said to go straight to registration, so they can check me in then they will take me to maternity... Getting anxious..
So they’re keeping me overnight... low fluids, painful contractions and they wanna try and give me Tylenol instead of doing the section 😩🙄 if contraction are 2-5 mins apart why would you wanna give me Tylenol?! My head hurts because of this 😓😓😓
I don't know whats going on with little Ryder tonight but I am beyond miserable. Earlier today I was standing by the door looking outside when I got a sharp pain in my lower back (left side) and what felt like I was leaking (maybe the size of a quarter) but it was not urine. Just got home from the hospital. 2 cm dilated contractions are 5/10 min apart and told me to go home because im 37 weeks and 4 days. I need to wait for my water to break or my body to go in to active labor which can happen in 24 hours 🤦🏻♀️just great😔im in so much pain . Same thing happened on my daughter walked around two days with contractions and gave birth at 38 weeks guess i will have to do it again 😔
Sorry I havent posted an update on whats happened. I finally.had my baby boy, Noah Jesus Zamora 😍 So I went in Friday night due to small contractions, once I made it to the hospital they had become regular & I was almost 2 cm dilated. They kept me for 2 hours before sending me home because my contractions werent causing any dilation. So my bf & I spent the night at my mothers just incase something happened.
