Neither of my placental abruptions hurt...the second large one was a huge gush of red blood the first was a spot of brown blood

I would get it checked now just to make sure.

I have had this my whole pregnancy I would go get it checked out cuz if you're not in any pain you probably just have veins and your uterus that have detached from it that can cause bleeding it's okay though if you're not in any pain I am 18weeks and I still bleeding still losing clots but I'm not in any pain I would get checked out if I were you@haydensmom1994

spotting wouldn't fill a pad, if you are in fact bleeding that much you need to go in immediately

What was your bleeding like?? And if you are in fact bleeding I would call/visit dr just to make sure. My first one was a spot of brown blood but it freaked me out and I went to the er and got an ultrasound that was at 11 weeks.

:( I sure hope I don't got that. my next doctors appointment is in 10 days.

It depends on how large the year is. I've had two with this pregnancy. My first was very small and I had like a dime sized spot of blood and this last one was much larger and I was in the hospital 12 days.
