Okay so i can pump and leave it out for up to 4 hours at room temperature but similac can only be left at room temperature for 2 hours....is that right ?

What @jgled000 said, once they start feeding bacteria starts forming on the nipple if you mix it but don't start actual feeding it can be out for 2 hrs

on the can it says 2 hours unless the child has drank from it then only 1 hour.

yep 4 hours at room temp for breast milk.... I agree with @littlemissrainesmommy I think formula is an hour..... breast milk is only an hour if it's been heated

I'm pretty sure formula can only be left out for an hour... but that's right on the breast milk
