can breast milk that has been refrigerated once be left out for 6-8 hours in room temperature?

Had to check my fridge. This are the guidelines the nicu sent me home with, so this is what I go by for my preemie. Not sure if it makes a difference for full term babies, but I would stick to this anyway.

Fresh milk can't stay out at room temp longer than 5 hours so I'm gunna say no.
