maybe it's a sign or maybe I just look that horrible today... a patient walked into the office today and she asked how I was, I said extremely tired and just worn out. she said you look very disheveled, maybe your coming down with something or you could be pregnant:) she had a huge smile on her face!! ahhh I hope this month was the month! AF is suppsed to come on Monday so we will see:) so far all tests have been negative tho:/
