Try massaging his tummy. You can also try rectal stimulation. If none of those work you might want to call his dr. I would say give him some baby apple juice(1oz-2oz) that's what my dr said for me to do with my daughter when she was newborn and couldn't poop but not sure what your dr would want you to do.
