I've never had swelling in my feet, but now that I'm a 38 weeks, I've noticed mild swelling ... is that normal? it's nothing crazy, just mild

When did you guys start to notice swelling? I've gained 15 pounds and I'm 27 weeks is that good or bad?
All day I've been having mild contractions, even when walking, and sleeping. So uncomfortable! :(
I haven't had too bad of a time with swelling this entire pregnancy.. Just the occasional minimal ankle swelling when I've been on my feet all day.. But now my feet have ballooned up and I had them up! I wasn't on my feet. Should I be concerned?

For the most part I guess. My feet have been swollen for the past month. it's so annoying tho 😩 lol
