I know this question I'm about to ask isn't baby related but I need help! Me and my fiancé are looking into buying a house but we don't know where to start...like do we just straight into looking at houses? Or what? What's the first step to get us started?
@rgaine, I bank at Carolina alliance bank and I actually just switched from my credit union because it was so far out of the way to go
ссылка This is crazy fast IMO but gives you a vague idea.
They usually want to loan you money (to make money off of you) so that part happens within a week usually but filling out all the paperwork and gathering the stuff you need for them takes a bit of time. Don't go just one place either-you want the lowest interest rate and need to shop around. I found that my credit union was way lower than my bank.
@rgaine, would you know about how long it would take to get approved for a loan!
@brittanycheri, that is very true! I wouldn't want that to happen and then get disappointed over it
Look into getting the loan first. Know what you can afford and then look at homes. It would suck to fall in love with a home then find out its out of your price range.
@babystump16, alrighty thank you so much!
@babystump16, okay thank you! And I talk to the bank about a loan right?
i would look into what kind of loan your able to get that way you dont look outside of your price range!

I don’t know wtf is going on in my house, but it’s really starting to freak me out!!!! 😳
Hey I’m 26 with two children #myfirstpost
Okay I’ll be real and explained why I joined, I didn’t know I could be looked up or anyone would actually see this post, I was informed someone I know has been stealing pics and I came to look and see what’s going on if any of mine were on there or anyone else I knew. I just typed until it let me post since it was required before I could look around on the app.
Bummer @hayhay95 - I only use my credit union for buying my house and cars. Big purchases because the rates are lower. Check back with them to see their rates. My credit union is in Oklahoma and I'm in DC. Most everything was over email and the phone. One visit to a branch nearby that has a partnership with them.
