My throat I'm just about managing with but I woke my oh to make me a cuppa tea to easy it but my nose is blocking up loads to the point I look like rudolf its not a good look buy thank you again @mummywarwick x

I was so relieved cried because the pain in my throat woke me up! Then I thought if I can't deal with a sore throat, how am I going to cope with labour! lol 😂 @nicolespellman92 x

My mum's a midwife and when I felt like this she advised I could have strepsils too, but only four a day (not as many as the box says you can have) but she also said you can have lockets too. Good to know when honey and lemon not hitting it! x

I got told by my midwife honey and lemon and also paracetamol haha, I was suffering badly last week. you can use olbas oil too :) hope you feel better soon :)
