@evieru, oooo ok thank u I've been studying the hypnobirthing method for a while I brought the book and im thinking of investing in a hypnobirthing class I always mix the names up but thanks for clarifying The Bradley method sounds superb

the hypnobirthing and Bradley methods are different birthing methods. The Bradley method is husband coached birthing where he is basically your focal point and almost gives the support of a doula and hypnobirthing is using self hypnosis to get you into a calm place where the pain of birthing is controlled by different mantras and phrases that get you to that calm place. The husband also can assist with hypnobirthing but is a bit more about you focusing. I'm doing a former of hypnobirthing called hypnobabies. They have a self study you can do with your partner at home. Google some hypnobabies birth stories they are amazing and encouraging!
