tried that too 😂 I'm a hopeless case and being alone with a toddler doesn't help I'm going staying with family for a while to take the pressure off

Oh.. I dunno what else then.. I coped with codeine from the Drs in the last 5w cause by the time my useless midwife did anything i actually ended up giving birth the week after 🙈 maybe a hot water bottle at the back of your hips? Xx

@winterbaby95, paracetamol doesn't touch the pain even slight and cocodimol makes me have migraines, @emmajo the midwife has referred me to physio but got to wait for an available appointment

Maybe paracetamol may take the edge off it? Put a pillow between your legs Xx

Have you spoken to your midwife to see if you could have physio? I was like this with my sons pregnancy and I couldn't walk in the end.. Xx
