I have a question, at night my hands cramp and tighten into fists and it hurts really bad. When I open up my hands after waking up, it feels like my fingers are being squeezed closed and I have to fight to open them. They take a good hour to start to feel normal again, but during that first hour it hurts to open a water bottle, cut up apples for my niece, or any seemingly easy task. I called the doctor and she said it sounds like carpal tunnel in both hands. Has anyone else experienced this?

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
