I haven't personally had to take anything, but you can always call your local pharmacy and a pharmacist can recommend something since it's a Sunday lol
I've been a pharmacy tech for four years now and have always been told with pregnancy all you can take is the straight sudafed behind the pharmacy counter that you show id for.
