I'm 22 weeks and woke up in agony in the night with back and hip pains. Had it all day. Is this stretching pains?

every time I ring the midwife she straight away says go the delivery suite. I had a routine scan yesterday and he was fine and healthy so I think it'll just be stretching. It bloody hurts though lol xx
