RANDOM QUESTION: So I feel kind of stupid asking because I feel like I should know. what do newborns wear home from the hospital and in general in NY during the summer? I'm due July 8 and have no idea what to put her in.

They say put one more layer on your baby than you are comfortable in because they get cold a little easier.

u could put a summer outfit cause it will be hot around that time. it could be a cute short sleeve OK outfit with some socks

u just pick something that is appropriate for the weather/season and of course what will be warm but not too warm for the baby. my first child was born in November so I put a three piece outfit on her. it was yellow white and pink. her feet were covered in a fleece pants. it had a long sleeve shirt and a bunny hooded long sleeve fleece jacket. it was really cute.
