Does anyone else suffer from migraines? I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow and I'm really hoping this start to ease up!

@mommycheeks, I said nothing about recommended for pregnancy. I said it can be beneficial in certain doses, and there is a limit recommended for pregnancy. Multiple studies have been done regarding migraines and caffeine, if that's what you're wondering about.

@mommagotbump16, can you show me proof of when caffeine is recommended during pregnancy because I'm interested in knowing

@mommycheeks, no hot hot baths aren't good, but warm baths are ok. Caffeine is beneficial in certain doses (recommended limit is 200 mg per day for pregnancy). @keisha74 if you know one of the triggers that's great! Keep hydrated too.

@keisha74, please don't sit in a hot bath hot bath during pregnancy is not recommended you can take a shower tho caffeine is not good for you either if you can stay away from it altogether do so Tylenol ever 6 hours is ok just don't take to much in a single day sleep helps me With my migraines also....

I get them all the time be getting them since 11weeks I haven't taken anything for it because I'm at high risk and I don't even want to take the chance with Tylenol . So I just deal with it 😩

I have since before I got pregnant. best thing to do is take Tylenol sit in a hot bath (the steam opens your blood vessels) and drink anything with caffeine in it. (the caffeine helps give the Tylenol the boost it needs to work quickly and makes it like Excedrin)

You could try b12 shots. It's a vitamin, I got them when I was pregnant because I also had migraines. They cleared up when I got them. They're good for you and baby

I do! Hate to tell you, but pregnancy can aggravate them like nobody's business. :(
