with both my kids music helped I had it on all night and they don't wake up lol they go to bed around 9pm and wake up around 8 to 9 am :-)

Yess ! My daughter was just putting her feet in my tank top and laughing and telling me mom stop every time id move her feet i said girl its bedtime go back to sleep @nyimasmommy5915

Its so rough bc there so energized all day so they wear you out then there up at night too lol @nyimasmommy5915

I tried doing water her ped actually told me not to do formula any more at night do water i tried it and she freaks out so bad she screams so loud i just give in and give it to her

I use to give my son just a small bottle of water and he'd go right back to sleep till morning
