Hi mamas! Have quick question.. I had my 23 week ultrasound today and she is growing great everything looked good 🙏🏻 except she is totally breeched.. Head up curled up high!! The doctor said she has time to turn around for birth but I'm a bit worried 😔 never experienced this with my son.. Really want a vaginal birth again. Anyone else's experience this and they turned around by delivery time?!

23 weeks is still so early! When you get to like 35 weeks she should be flipped around.. My baby was breached at 32 weeks and i did a bunch of things to make her flip.. (Laying with my legs up, putting an icepack on top of my belly, putting a flashlight on bottom of my belly, putting music on towards bottom of my belly, crawling on all fours) Needless to say, she flipped when i went back to the doctor two weeks later!

It helps with so many things but if you sit upright and like move in circles it will help get baby head down. I bet if you google benefits of using a birthing ball any article would explain it better than I can, I have one and love it!
Oh on that's not good 😔 @lex ette but as moms is only natural to stress over everything!! All this great feed back eases my mind tho 😀
I was breech at 26 weeks but then at 30 she turned. Don't stress! I did and ended up in the hospital. Lol

some babies don't turn until the very last second. until then it's fair game. she might just be a late turner. don't freak out just yet!! :)
Yes same thing happened to me! I was 22 weeks and my little was breech... A week later I actually felt her turn around and sure enough 2 weeks later she was head down. Don't worry, ur little has plenty of time to turn around!!

my first was never breech that I saw or know of, but at my 27 week ultrasound my second was breech she flipped around 31-32 weeks and I had a vaginal birth with no issues. so don't worry too much!

Mine was breech today too and I'm 24 weeks!! My Dr said there's plenty of time for him to turn around!! No worries baby will know what to do when it's time
Yes girl i did not want a breached baby or to have to have a c-section! Def give it a try!
