I am craving a big Mac... wanted one for ages, but managed to restrain myself so far! my mum can keep a secret, next time she comes over - we are having one! (or two!)

my midwife told me not to have mcflurrys but honestly I've had loads, and I'm 32 weeks pregnant today and my little man is healthy, don't panic too much x

thats what I was craving xx sure if it was harmful you would know... but if any doubt ask midwife xx

well my midwife has told me steer clear of them as its not worth the risk and it isn't really xx

I know Mr whippy etc you can't have as you don't know how and when they cleaned the machine. however I expect a place like macdonalds have to be up to standards with it due to regulations. so in that case you would be fine. xx
