Any breastfeeding mamas have tips for boosting your milk supply ? I'm only pumping a little over 3oz…

I drank hot drinks hot chocolate tea soups it helped me

That's pretty normal for a EBF baby.

Try taking a hot shower and stand facing the water and it should help

pumping is no way to determine your supply. If he's eating from breast then you may not even get much during pumping. I've done both. exclusively pumped and exclusively breastfed.

@ya0515, well sometimes he sleeps to long and my breast get engorged and I have to pump and when I do I only get like 3oz That's why I thought I was only getting that much, and sometimes when I finish breastfeeding after he takes both breast he is still cranky like he wants more! I'm just not sure what to do

My daughter did that too. But just count his diapers. How many does he usually wet or poo in a day?
