the prenatal vitamins intake are huge and I have to swallow them whole...I always gag and hate them. can I change my vitamins or do I have to talk to my ob first??

I had the same problem and my doctor told me to just take 2 Flintstone chewable vitamins
i was taking women's one a day gummies but I ran out I like Flintstones so I'll take them. @aubree1993
the best vitamins to take during pregnancy if you can't take the pill is the Flintstone chewables the gummies don't have everything you need in them like the chewables does @xclusivebarbie

You can talk to your ob but i started the gummies and he said it was fine to switch to those cuz they made me sick
I changed without talking to my ob...just make sure they have a good source of vitamins in them. or you can ask your ob to change yours to different ones
Am I wrong for not wanting anybody to hold the baby if it's not me or my husband? If they touch them I have them to sanitize their hands I do it to my kids also??
I cant take parental vitamin or Flintstone none of them all of them make me sick so i haven't took no vitamin.....but i have been eating stuff healthy so is that ok

What vitamins are you all on? My family doctor said all I need to be on is prenatals but some of my girlfriends have been talking about different vitamin like omega-3, vitamin D, vitamin C, etc. I can't see my OB/GYN until 14 weeks and am concerned that my baby will be missing out on important information.

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec
Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
