No. Its not too early. I tested only 1 day after my missed period and got a positive result.

most pregnancy test ask you to only be one day late so you should be good but also realize ALOT of women don't get a positive til completely missing their period so don't give up if it's negative. like they say...ain't over til the witch shows her face.

If it shows up negative don't give up girl you might not have enough HCG to be detected yet. That's what happen with me I tested a week after my missed period came out negative tested the following week and was positive. Doctor told me I didn't have enough HCG to be detected
