Up and miserable! Woke up an hour ago with a sore throat, runny nose but congested, and slight headache. I hate taking benydryl even though my doctor said it is safe. I hate taking anything other than my prenatal vitamins, but this has been going on for a while. I felt bad earlier and went to sleep super early because of this. I just didn't want to take medicine.
Not hating, but idc if i was a millionaire i would not but my 3 year old in a 950 anything 🤣😂
Is it bad that I don't take my prenatals ?! They made me extremely sick at the beginning of my pregnancy and since I'm still throwing everything up I just don't take them 😪

I hate my generation sometimes ? Today was my nieces baby shower, which went great. She got so much which amazing since she's been working 2 jobs trying to save up for the unpaid leave she'll have to take from work. Anyways I was talking to one of the ladies there since my son and her daughter were playing together. I asked her what her daughters name was, she said it was Layla. I told her that's a really pretty name and asked her if she was a Clapton fan and if she was named after the song. This girl had no idea who Eric Clapton is. ? ♀ One of the most iconic songs, and she had no idea. I hate my generation. ?

I'm in your boat also. but I'm taking the medicine. I have 2 kids to run after so I have to make myself get up. my nose is congested/running.. fever, severe headache, extremely sore throat. I'm up right now drinking hot lavender vanilla tea, gargling salt water, and crying like a baby because I can't sleep. It hurts to breath. my doctor prescribed me Sudafed ( you can buy at the pharmacy behind the counter for congestion) and I'm on prescription headache pills due to severe migraines I've had since my car accident. I blow my nose constantly trying to clear my head of this stuff and take my medicine religiously.

@kmills, I try not to even take Tylenol. But thankfully, I haven't had too much pain. Its just the not sleeping and now this wonderful weather and all these blooming flowers are killing me! So I have no choice but to take something.

@maddiecakes2011, Not sleeping has been my issue all pregnancy, but its starting to change. For the past 2 weeks now, I've been sleeping on my own. But before I would do everything possible to sleep - warm milk, hot bath, dark, cold room. I took unisom or benydryl only after I didn't sleep for about 3 or 4 days because I didn't care for medicine. But I know how it feels to not sleep and its the only thing to give you some relief.
