Help !!! I EBF and pumping is such a pain , can barley get 2-4 oz combined in one pumping session. So I was thinking about supplementing with formula while I'm at work. My baby is 3 months and will be 6 months when I go back and my mom will be watching him . How do I go about this ??? When should I introduce formula and how ? And I only want him to have it while I'm at work ! 😱

maybe start about a month before you return to work and only give him formula during the time you will be working, like a sleeping schedule only eating.??? That way you have some time to see if he likes the formula or what kind to get etc.

I'd suggest still pumping especially at work because your milk supply will drop & could also dry up because you aren't feeding or pumping at work.
