37 weeks is full term. But for your baby to be 100 percent developed with lungs and everything would be 40 weeks

37-38 weeks is early term, and 39-40 weeks is term. So ideally you want to make it til at least 39.

After 37 weeks, the baby is considered full term. The further you get after 25 weeks there viability goes up. I read this on my what to expect app.
