My daughter is just over a month old and i started out mostly pumping and bottle feeding her the breastmilk and she would latch on every now and then, well as of 2 days ago she has mostly been nursing and has had maybe 2 bottles in 2 days I'm worried she's not getting enough sometimes bc she always wants to nurse, is this normal? Bc I know I've got plenty of milk I can pump and feed her back to back. And sometimes my breasts are too full and my milk basically pours out and she gets choked on it every now and then.. FTM

She very well could. My daughter had hit several growth spurt in a matter of 2-3 months. I've noticed that most breastfed babies hit more growth spurts in the first few months.

@andiryan93, I think she had a growth spurt at 2 weeks, could she be getting another one?

She could be building up your supply. She could also be hitting a growth spurt.

She uses a pacifier as well but has definitely cut back with it since we've dropped the bottles down, I am hoping it is for comfort since I know I'm producing

Babies nurse for many reasons. One of the most important reasons is for comfort. But, your body knows what she needs and she gets what she wants if you know you can supply enough. My guess is that it's a comfort thing. Like a pacifier.
