Is anyone else experiencing constipation? And if so what can I take for it?

Girl you have no idea I just sat on the toilet for almost an hour until I had to put my nursing skills to work 😢 it was that bad and gloving up was my only option tmi but I'm on 3 stool softener a day and still constipated. Smh try a fleet try colace but if you need instant relief sometimes you have no choice are be in pain in your back in your stomach and just be very uncomfortable
