Any tips, advice anything on depression during pregnancy? Hate that I'm experiencing this

I'm meeting with my OB's office psychiatrist this week because I told her how depressed I've been feeling. Definitely talk to your OB love!

I was taking Prozac before I got pregnant. The dr said Prozac is not safe during pregnancy but Zoloft is.

Talk with your doctor, they might be able to give you something to help. Or do things to keep your mind busy, walking, talking to friends/family, take up pregnancy yoga, hope you feel better soon!
