What is something you can do to get your baby up and moving? She usually has a strict schedule of when she moves and when she doesn't, yesterday she barely moved at all and it's freaking me out. i just wanna make sure she's okay

_simplyfit4ever I didnt feel mine until like 20 weeks. But not really moving she felt like little butterflies.
