Need insite ! So I always pump twice a Day and get about 10 ozs a day but since Thursday night I've only gotten 2 ozs each pump. What can I do. I've changed nothing ! My daughter is 4 months and is eating 1/2 breastmilk and 1/2 formula everyday. She only breastfeeds at night before bed sometimes because I travel every week for work. Am I losing my milk. I'm so stressed about this not ready to be done feeding her breastmilk ! What can I do. Any ideas ???

Try mothers milk tea .. I started drinking 3-4 cups a day and I already can see my milk supply is back up

your breast milk changes with how much baby eat and how long and how many times your pumping. so if she's not breastfeeding alot your body and milk production is changing to that

Oh good idea I never thought of that. I'm doing both because I've not been able to keep up with only breastfeeding with my travel schedule for work 🙁

Question why are you doing both? And you probably need to change the little pieces on your pump. It may not be sucking as well as before. This happens a lot!

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

Took this lastnight...and I'm not sure how I should feel. I've made a terrible mistake by having sex so soon after having a baby but it has made such a precious thing. I really don't want to have an abortion but my Fiancé does. I understand why he wants to go that route but I just would feel absolutely terrible about doing that. I cried all night...I really don't know what to do. PLEASE NO JUDGING IM ONLY POSTING THIS FOR SUPPORT.
