Question.. any mommies breastfeed with nipple rings? I've have mine pierced for a year now so they're fully healed but not sure if I need to take them out or not? I'm due in September.

I took out my piercings and haven't put them back in since I gave birth. You're nipples are likely going to be very sore and sensitive so it's going to be a pain to take out and put back in every feeding...and feeding with them in just isn't safe.

the baby could loosen the balls on them as well and swallow or choke on then if you have that kind I don't think you would get an infection do to the fact breastmilk fight that's that kind of stuff if you really want it I suggest take it out while feeding but the first two weeks are very sore so I doubt you'd be wanting to mess with them unless it's for feedings

Id take them out only because it could bother the baby but not only that I think they get irritated after a while and then get infected.

I don't have nipple piercings but I think you should the rings could hurt the baby's mouth.
