Did you mommas and future mommas know that back in the day, the 60s and 70s, women were encouraged to formula feed ? Breast feeding was known as what the "poor woman" would do and formula was far superior. I'm so glad that times have changed. I love breastfeeding my babe ❤

That is where a lot of the stigma comes from with breast feeding my dad was born in 1960 and breast feeding weirds him out it wasn't common for him to see
