id ask your Dr, Their is certain types of fish that have high levels of Mercury. one of the questions my OB did ask was how often I ate fish... so I would check with your OB and just see what her thoughts and opinions are and what is safe..
eat whatever you want. :) there are new studies out now that disprove the previous ones. my sister and I eat it a few times a week and in other countries they actually want pregnant ladies to eat it because it is so good for you.

I had California rolls twice this pregnancy and I was fine those times.
Just veggie rolls are okay and so is anything with imitation crab. I've heard mixed things about shrimp and shellfish so I'd be careful with those/real crab but as long as you stay away from the fish ones you're good!!
