id ask your Dr, Their is certain types of fish that have high levels of Mercury. one of the questions my OB did ask was how often I ate fish... so I would check with your OB and just see what her thoughts and opinions are and what is safe..
eat whatever you want. :) there are new studies out now that disprove the previous ones. my sister and I eat it a few times a week and in other countries they actually want pregnant ladies to eat it because it is so good for you. ссылка
Just veggie rolls are okay and so is anything with imitation crab. I've heard mixed things about shrimp and shellfish so I'd be careful with those/real crab but as long as you stay away from the fish ones you're good!!
