yeah get some cream from the chemist, they'll advise you which one you can use. They're horrid but one of the joys! Don't get worried if you bleed from your bum, it's the 'roids.

they say to use a warm flannel as cold makes piles worse. u can buy cream from ur pharmacy hun xx

Go to the doctor they may give u cream but that's all. Try eatting more fibre and water. Also try a cold flannel on ur bum to cool it. Good luck x
