so I just read the depo shot can cause women not to get pregnant. I took this shot for 2 years back when I was in high school (about 6 years ago) this kinda worries me now that we have been ttc for so long :/

I took the depo! I got pregnant a few months after stopping

my period still comes. but from what I just read it's that it could stop it.

I took it as well but I had no problem conceiving

It can prevent it for up a year r 2 after stopping. I was on depo for 5 years took forever to see a cycle. Ask your doctor to put you on some meds to make your cycle start.

I took the deposits for about three years but stopped in December of 2013 and found out I was pregnant in August of 2015. It just takes a few women longer to get it out of their system, I think. Plus, it's always harder to conceive if you want to. I wanted to and never did then one day I said I was so content with life and glad I wasn't pregnant yet and just enjoyed being young and found out I was pregnant the next week. Lol
