I always thought it was to let emergency services know there's a baby in the car.

For me it a warning to other drivers that if they hit me I will proceed to get out and whip their ass 😂👌🙌 just sayin.

It's for first responders mainly, so they're aware of the fact that there's someone in the vehicle who can't unbuckle themselves or that was possibly ejected from the car in the case of an accident

I do, it's a sign for emergency personnel in case of an accident so they know there's a baby in the car

I believe it's so like rescue people know that there is a baby and to check

they have a baby in the car...
