Mirena I've been on my period for like 2 months straight -_-

dont get the implanon that one made my life Hell for a year after i had it. cycles were so jacked shortest i had was 46 days! and before i had it i was very regular

I had the Mirena before getting pregnant for 4 years had no problems and loved it and no period. I plan on getting it again after baby is born. But as @cmbwalker said best to see what's a good fit for you since not everyone's body's react the same way. What works for one may not work for another and vice versa. IMHO it's bad advice to tell someone NOT to get something because it didn't work for them.

Different ones work better for different people. I would just research the pros and cons of each. Birthcontrolsafety.org has some good info.

I'm getting the Depo shot after I have my son bc you only do it once every 3 months I believe! You don't have to worry about forgetting to take it everyday at the same time ha I know some people that have been on it and it works real good
