To everyone who has went to a chiropractor while pregnant, what do they do to help you?

For me they aline me especially my hips and lower back! I go twice a week and has helped so much. I'm early in my pregnancy so I'm hoping it will help in the long run!

Everything!!!! It has been wonderful. It helps with the back pain and pressure which happens. He also adjusts my wrists for the pregnancy carpal tunnel I developed.
