I'm a FTM and 7 weeks 4 days pregnant. I've been nauseous almost the entire pregnancy so far, but I newly started taking the vitamins and iron and also have a infection so now am taking antibiotics. I'm more nauseous than I ever have been and was wondering what helped you other mommas with nausea, something has to give!!

Haha I actually don't throw up thank goodness!! and I've had nausea. but it's been 10x worse today!! @babymama85
@babyp102516, , it didn't totally take away my nausea but taking them at night helped a lot. And kept me from throwing them up every morning lol

@babyp102516, take your vitamins at night, that helped me. I was sick until 15 weeks, now I can take them in the morning.
thank yall. I'll definitely have to try all of these. I used to be able to pick something to way and i would feel better afterwards but today I can't even eat.
Vitafol nano prenatals from my doctor. I'm 18 weeks and still will get sick of I don't have these. I've been taking them since 8 weeks along with promithazine 12.5mg when needed
Maybe try mints and minty gum. That helped me a little bit.
Ginger ale but the kind made with real ginger only (Canada Dry)
