this is gonna sound weird, and it's nothing to do wwith pregnancy. but has anyone got any ideas on making yourself throw up??? I've been feeling sick since Sunday and have thrown up 3times since. feeling like it needs to come up again but won't come out. any ideas other than sticking my finger down my throat, won't try that it's disgusting.
