Now I'm getting upset because me and my husband can't agree on any name. Should I leave it up to him since it's a boy?

I let my husband choose a few options he was happy with and then we picked the final name together from those options. I chose the middle name (my dad's name).

That's what I did my bf had a name picked out for a boy yrs ago I just added the middle name but we gotta couple we like for girls so that's gonna be the hard part

@towens921, I'm trying to be nice because this is his only boy and he wants him to be a Jr. But I had my heart set on another name and my BF is like no. 🙄 this is going to be my only child you would think he would be a little flexible.

My boyfriend is dead set on giving him his name. I'm trying to get adjusted to that name but it's just not working for me 😶

My boyfriend and I couldn't agree on our first daughter so I picked three names and let him pick which one he liked best. And for this baby he is just allowing me to pick the name (he got tired of me nagging him about names lol.)

you don't need a name until you are ready to check out. so you have at least 3 days post birth to see what name suits him.

u can also try writing a few names down n he does the same n then fold them up n put it in a hat an whatever name u draw from the hat will be his name thats what me an my boyfriend did for choosing a name for are daughter cuz we couldnt agree on nothing either

Probably let him pick since it's a boy and see if you like it. Me and my boyfriend made it easy that if it's a girl I pick and if it's a boy he would pick.

Maybe have him pick 3 names, then out of those 3 pick the one you like?

you still have plenty of time to find something that you both agree on :) my husband and I didn't figure out with my first till about a month before he was born
