Period pain is back and it is so much worse than yesterday!!!! It's actually so sore it's causing me to sweat and get…

Pains still there but not anywhere near as intense since taking paracetamol, managed to go out a walk and about to grab a shower. 2 days in a row I've had this. Getting myself all excited. Thanks again ladies 💜

@beccastirlingx, well at least if it is labour then you'll be getting looked after :)

in fact I'm sure my actual contractions are opposite to that 😂 I would much rather be moving around during labour. It's so different for everybody.

@jem29, @tuftyturtle I've changed position but pains still there. Called triage and because I've not had any waters or a show I've to take 2 paracetamol and lay down for an hour and a half, if it hasn't gone by then I've to call her back and go in for monitoring!!! If it gets worse before then, I've to give her a call and go in😩 xx

Yeah like I said, they obviously don't stop with a change of position but the pain is far easier / less in certain positions. I've never experienced braxton hicks thou so I couldn't comment on that

@jem29 they can feel better in different positions. They don't go away but your position can change the pain levels 😊

not sure if this is useful but I read that contractions don't ease with changing position x

Yep. It took me a good day to get over the shock and realise I had just given birth and had my baby. It was so quick that I just didn't feel like it had even happened ! xx

Honestly it can happen so quickly. I went from being told that I wasn't in labour to having a baby 10 minutes later. so I wouldn't wait. x

@beccastirlingx It could be anything hun :) I would really go in to get checked :) because if it is contractions..things can happen fast! You could end up delivering at home! xx

You definitely need to ring just to get checked over. Luckily mine were just major bad Braxton hicks x @beccastirlingx

@winterbaby95, just counted. Stopped for 6 minutes and it's back again, not as bad when I'm sitting down and relaxing and not on my feet. My mum thinks it could just be him engaging but I'm defo going to phone in the next half hour! Xx

I haven't been to triage Hun @tuftyturtle @demi_leigh yeah, I'm going to give it a half hour then I'm defo going to phone. It stopped from lastnight till literally about 15 minutes ago, and it's back but it's so much more painful! X

Please go and get monitored hun! When I had contractions they were constant..no break at all!!! I was 8cms! within an hour! xx

Why don't you call your triage or hospital unit Hun. They'll get you in to monitor you & see. They done me a test which checked if I was going to go into preterm labour or I had lost my waters but everything was fine... Xx

Did they monitor you to see if it 2as contractions or not? maybe you should ask if they didn't.
