I've never had acne in my life either... I've had it really bad, at my doctors appointment that was one question I asked him and he said it could be the cause of bad diet, a lot of suger/fast food and not a lot of water. For a second I was very upset! and how dare he say that! I even said to my husband there trying to call me fat!!! I got all emotional! but the truth was I am eating bad. I changed a little especially my water intake and Im starting to at lest try to eat healthy its been 1week and Although I still have acne its not that bad, especially those pimples that are huge and red and hurt! 👍❤🙈
yep. having sex/orgasm gives off this hormone that gives you better skin, hair, and nails.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
My acne is horrible no matter what I eat or how much water I drink. ))): I hate it
