They never told me anything at the hospital about eating or drinking certain things for breastfeeding lol.

the amount of water you're supposed to drink varies by your weight, activity level etc. not everyone needs one gallon and some people need more than a gallon

Yup, same except instead of water it's a whole gallon of juice
