Did anyone have trouble breastfeeding the first days with a baby boy? My son shows interest but he doesn't open his mouth wide enough :/ it gets me worried that he's not getting enough colostrum ? Any tips ?

I freaked with my daughter and did this but honestly listen to the other ladies. Just keep calm and we are here to help
I had a tough few days of breastfeeding!! It's not easy!! But don't give up. See a lactation consultant. Your milk will come in soon and be nice and yummy for baby. Don't give up!! We are all here for support😘❤️

Are you still at the hospital? Either way, see if you can talk to your hospital's lactation consultant. This website is my go-to for all lactation/breastfeeding/milk questions. See if it helps. ссылка
For me the first few days were hard but my LC told me to breastfeed skin to skin and to squeeze my boob so that the clear stuff comes out then to rub it on his lips and it should make him want it. I hope he isn't rejecting it completely. Good luck mama

Moms! My baby's bottom is just so torn up and hot:( this rash won't go away fast enough! It hurts him so bad when he screams he throws up multiple times while getting changed! I don't know how to help him quick enough! Help!😭😭
