Does anyone else chew ice chips like it's some kind of therapy?? I feel like I have to chew on little tiny ice chips…

I chomp on ice 24 hours a day. but I'm really bad about hydrating myself with water. I'm a Caffine person so I'm usually drinking a coke from some place. but I get extra Ice packed in it for the fact that I feel like I NEED ice.

I literally will not sleep unless I do it.. my poor boyfriend is all asleep next to me and I'm just chomping away!!.. it's hard for me to drink enough water but if it's icy I go to town lol..

Girl I've have iron diffeicy since birth (born with it ) & have u been eating red meats ? Have they tested u for it ever time I get my period I have to get tested for anemia cause of amount of blood loss

You might be anemic. Means you may have a low red blood cell count or an issue absorbing iron. Talk to your OB though, if you haven't about getting on a supplement. Water and ice aren't the same thing in terms of hydration.

I always put extra ice in my drinks just so I can eat it! Lol. I am anemic, but I did it long before then. (Sonics ice? yummm.) My favorite is just a little bit of soda with a glass full of crushed ice lol. We have a shaved ice machine at work and I was going to town before my maternity leave. Nom, nom, nom. I want some right now, lol.

Sonics ice is my favorite kind of ice too!! Even my little girls come up to me with hands out waiting for me to give them some @babyreeves
