Is it safe to drink chamomile tea?

Ok it's because it says that it can help with making Braxton hicks go away or make real contractions stronger @gcpaschal

Oh wow. I didn't experience anything while drinking it. I've only had it twice though. Like between 31-33 weeks because I'm trying to lay off coffee.

I've been drinking it my entire pregnancy but we are a household that rarely drinks anything other than water and herbal tea so I never questioned to stop drinking it while pregnant.

@miranda4, I've actually had braxton hicks during this pregnancy and I will admit hot chamomile tea does help relieve them.

So maybe it is true about the relief part I just want to be safe @mommabearto2

I had contractions due to dehydration. When I was in the hospital my doctor also said I can experience contractions without being dehydrated because my uterus is growing/ has grown and is preparing..this was yesterday.

Yes..baby and I are fine. Thank you for asking. I have 3 appointments this week to continue monitoring baby.
