Does anyone else feel that taking the Prenatal gummies versus the pills don't make your nails grow as fast? I noticed when I switched that my nails and hair weren't growing as fast anymore.

My hair and nails grow WAY fast without any sort of prenatal. But the second I take a prenatal of any sort my hair and nails stop growing. So weird.

Maybe the gummies are missing something the pills have. I know for sure that none of the gummies have iron, but I don't think that has anything to do with hair and nail growth. I take Belly Bar chewables tablets, bc I can't take big pills...but my iron was low in the beginning of pregnancy so that's why I didn't take the gummies.

Did anyone else's prenatals not make their nails grow? In June I accidentally cut a chunk of my nails and now it won't grow out correctly at all. I'm not sure why. I was hoping the prenatals would help but they didn't help the rest of my nails so I don't know.

I noticed this too!! Same with my hair! I decided to look at the ingredients and it doesn't contain some of the same things that my others did so I've just started taking other vitamins (with doctors okay 😉) like for example, my Prenatal's don't have biotin anymore so I've been taking biotin pills!
