No it doesn't .. I recently got over a miner cold I took Advil only and was still able to breastfeed

expect your milk supply up drop a little, but nurse on demand and stay hydrated. you'll still make plenty for baby, they just night nurse more frequently. other than that your baby will be perfectly fine :)

the cold will actually give him stronger milk as it will have the antibodies he needs to fend off that cold!
